I help overworked professionals to ditch burnout culture and start living life on their own terms: with purpose and joy

Something isn’t working…

It can be hard to pause and to dive into what you’d like to change in your life, and it can feel nearly impossible when you don’t know where to start!
That’s why working with a coach can be so valuable.

Phase 1: Assess + Align

As we get started, we begin with the Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment (the “ELI”) to depict how you are “showing up” in your life.

We’ll rank, discuss, and assess how you are feeling in different areas of your life, and go deeper into these topics to paint a picture of where you are starting from.

Together we’ll explore your personal values, and identify where you’re not living in alignment with those values (and talk about what you’d like to do about that to create your plan of action).

…so let’s team up and do something about it!

Phase 2: Create + Cultivate

In this phase of working together, we take that aligned action plan and get to work!

We get curious about what you want to build in all of the areas of your life and map it out in great detail.

In this phase you’ll be driven by thinking “what is it that I am truly out to create in my life?” and we will get work on building new habits to support this (as well as ditching the old beliefs and habits that no longer serve you).

As you work through this phase, your coach is with you each step of the way with extra support, confidence, reminders, and anything you need!

“Liz challenges you in your way of thinking while also helping you to see where these habits/thoughts come from. Her patience, kindness and genuine care make all the difference!”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For private 1:1 coaching, once all onboarding pre-work and our first session is completed, we'll meet every other week.

However, I do understand that every client is different - together we will find a timeline and schedule that works best for you.

I live in Mountain Standard Time in Colorado, but am open to working with clients in all time zones. Our coaching sessions take place virtually over Google Meet or Zoom.

  • Coaching is a future-forward process. We will primarily discuss the future, and help to guide you into that space of your best future life. While we might venture into discussions of the past during our coaching sessions (because this can explain where some of our inner beliefs come from, or drive our actions), we will not stay in the past. In coaching we use the past as a tool for understanding, and then we evaluate how we want to use that information and where we're ready to go next.

Therapy is a more clinical approach that spends more time steeped in those emotions and behaviors of the past in order to understand where a client is at in their life.

Many times it is perfectly appropriate for a client to have both a Coach and a Therapist! But on some occasions, it may not be ethical for a Coach to take on a client who is in Therapy.

  • Not necessarily! First we'll jump on a Discovery Call together - that will help us to see if coaching together is the right fit and where to go next.

I start every client relationship with 1:1 coaching, but I do offer the option to purchase the Energy Leadership Assessment separately (this is already included in my 1:1 coaching package).

At this time I only work with clients for 1:1 coaching starting for three months at a time - this is because it takes time to understand where you're starting from, make a plan, take action, and see results. For clients who wish to continue with sessions past the first three months, I offer a discounted rate for sessions.

Each client is different! I find that some clients do want to continue our coaching sessions on a monthly or quarterly basis as a check-in so I offer that to clients who have already coached with me for the full three months.

  • As a coach, I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics. Our coaching relationship, including all information (verbalized in a session or documented by me) that any Client shares with me as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality by the ICF Code of Ethics but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in medicine or law).

With permission, from time to time I may anonymously share client testimonials, wins, and stories for marketing purposes.

  • I love helping people to live their biggest, boldest lives. Life can get hectic, and sometimes it can be hard to "see the forest for the trees" (nature pun, because I'm a huge outdoor enthusiast!).

A good coach who is matched well to you can help you to sort through what you are thinking, feeling, saying, and doing - and use that information along with your innermost core values to design your life in a way that is aligned to who you are at the core of your being.

And then - your coach gets to cheer you on as you go out there and build that life for yourself! This is absolutely my favorite part of being a coach.
